Millions of Americans are not getting enough sleep. Sometimes this is by choice. Some may be workaholics and choose nighttime for working even though they should be sleeping!
Some people say that the best way to die is peacefully in your sleep. I agree, but not when you are as young as 60-years-old.
Actress and wellness guru, Gwyneth Paltrow, said she takes a bath every night. “I fell in love with the ritual of it—lighting a candle and having a cup of tea or a whiskey, depending on my day,” she said, in this report. “It’s non-negotiable. It’s just like, I do it every night.”

The results from this study suggested that in addition to getting a solid seven hours of sleep, sticking to a regular bedtime may improve metabolic health and help control our weight.
